IMPACT Arts + Culture Magazine - Vol. 2 No. 1

$20.00

Vol. 2 No. 1 includes: Interviews and essays from local writers Trelani Michelle, Jessica Leigh Lebos, Ariel Felton, Brienne Walsh and more! Ariel Felton takes us on a tour around artist Jerome Meadows' historic ice house turned artist studio on Waters Avenue. Writer Brienne Walsh spends an afternoon in Betsy Cain’s teeming Thunderbolt studio talking about Betsy’s life and work. Jessica Leigh Lebos guides us on a stroll down Bull Street, sharing her favorite art spots with us as she wanders. Plus insightful interviews with Atlanta’s site-specific artist and recent Venice Biennale exhibitor Megan Mosholder and fly fisherman, Collard King, and painter of massive interior landscapes, Michi Meko. IMPACT Magazine turns the tables on nomadic artists, Monica Jane Frisell & Adam Scher, interviewing them about their cross-country travels since 2021.

In our Artist Spotlights we get straight to the images and share portfolios from Savannah artist Gordon Rabut as well as Miami’s Carlos Estevez. Our Funny Pages keep it light and weird with drawings from Britt Spencer, the mysterious Necco-waffle, Ugis Berzins, Lomaho Kretzmann and more. IMPACT Magazine’s got everything you need to keep up with the art scene in Savannah and across the Southeast.

IMPACT is Savannah’s premiere arts + culture magazine! Heavy on visual content, this full color, glossy, 9x12” semi-annual publication features some of the most exciting local and regional artists, writers and creatives with interviews, essays and reviews that give an inside look at what’s going on in the Southeast art scene.
