Shipping & Returns

Artwork will be available at the end of the exhibition period. Typically, shipped work will be sent out no more than 5 business days after the work is de-installed. In some cases, work may be made available before the end of the exhibition. Please email info@artssoutheast.org to inquire. Items purchased from the Sulfur Shop typically ship within 2 weeks of purchase.

Local purchasers may pick up their work at Sulfur Studios, located at 2301 Bull St, Savannah GA 31401. An email will be sent to local purchasers to tell them when their work is available for pick up.

Delivery is available for a small fee to purchasers who live in Savannah, Pooler, Thunderbolt, Tybee Island, Bluffton, SC and Hilton Head, SC.  To confirm that you are within our delivery area, please email info@artssoutheast.org.  

All art purchases are final unless the work arrives damaged or different than described.  If work is damaged in shipping, please photograph the damaged work and shipping container and contact us immediately so we can file a claim.  If the work can be repaired by the artist, then it will be repaired and returned to the purchaser for no additional charge. If the work cannot be repaired, the purchase price will be refunded.
