Sulfur Art Services is pleased to present Visions by Emma Savage, on display at the Sentient Bean.
*The exhibit has been extended to January 7, 2021.
These works bring to light the magic and beauty of Mother Earth. By weaving images from the dream world into portraits of flora and fauna, "Visions" shows the many layers of interconnectivity, drawing from the well of Indigenous wisdom and storytelling to remind us that all things have a living spirit.
Emma Savage is a mixed-indigenous artist, writer, and philosopher. Born and raised in Georgia, her preferred mediums include natural dye and fibers, acrylic paint, plant medicines, psyche and sound. As an artist and activist, her goal is to pay honor to the natural world and live in right relation to all beings.
Visions will be on display from October 15th – January 7th, and may be seen during The Sentient Bean’s regular business hours, 7AM – 5PM everyday. The reception will be held November 27th 2020, from 5 – 7PM. Due to Covid-19, masks will be required to enter, we will be practicing physical distancing, and regulating the number of guests inside.
