ARTS Southeast is pleased to present a host of exciting events taking place on Friday, September 6th from 5-9PM in conjunction with First Fridays in Starland:
Opening Reception: "sav.exe" Curated by Will Penny
sav.exe, curated by Will Penny in partnership with ARTS Southeast and Gallery 2424, presents a multi-site exhibition of new media installations developed around one question: What does it mean to work at the intersection of art and technology today? A select group of Savannah-based artists, known for challenging the boundaries of their respective mediums, have been asked to consider the role that technology plays in relation to their immediate surroundings and community.

Closing Reception: "Good Vibrations" ARTS Southeast Summer Supporter Exhibition
Rhythm surrounds us – sometimes coursing just under the surface of our daily existence, at other times bursting into the forefront through music, dance, and other art forms. Visual art has a unique capacity to evoke rhythm even when static. For this ARTS Southeast Supporter Call for Entry Exhibition, artists were invited to share good vibrations through photography, painting, printmaking, mixed media and more.
