What are the possibilities when 17 different artists come together?
Possibilities, the exhibition of Georgia Southern University’s MFA students is an offering of what is conceivable and what is imaginable; and what can exist when diverse mediums and concepts are explored. Each artist in the exhibition is on a personal journey of expression. It may be to tell a story, provide healing, examine the natural world or consider a notion. The possibilities are endless. And with each artwork in the exhibition, a new possibility is presented, a new conversation started.
Georgia Southern University’s MFA in Studio Art emphasizes the melding of concept and research in the production of fine art. The program encourages its students to explore and experiment, and understand how their work relates to contemporary art discourse.
