ANNEX Gallery: "Sight-Size" a group exhibition from The Habersham School

"Sight-Size" is an exhibit put together by artists of The Habersham School community - a classical Christian school in Savannah, GA. The work developed in the upper school Advanced Studio Art course is meant to express the French Academic mode of drawing known as the Atelier model. Ateliers utilize the Bargue system and site-size methodologies to create accurate studies. The sight-size method serves as a metaphor for learning to see and transfer visual information. This gets at the heart of what we do as visual artists - communicate ideas, meaning, and feelings through images.

On display in the Sulfur Studios Annex (entrance on 39th Street at blue awning, stair access only.)
