On Saturday, September 17th at 2:00 pm, Christa Hayes of Hayes Environmental Concepts and Lou Thomann of Yaupon Tea Company will partner to offer a talk on the environmental significance of yaupon, a native plant of the Southeast, and offer a yaupon tea tasting!

This special event will be presented in conjunction with Avant Gardener: A Creative Exploration of Imperiled Species by Lisa D. Watson, with Sound Art by Eric Chasalow, which will be on display in the Gallery at Sulfur Studios from September 1st - October 22nd, 2022.
