Monica Jane Frisell and Adam Marton Scher travel across the US in the Nomadic Photo Ark - a converted cargo trailer equipped with a full black and white darkroom.

In March of 2022, Monica and Adam brought Portrait of US to Savannah, GA. Staying there as artists in residence for the On:View Residency program at Sulfur Studios, they gathered over 30 large format portraits and audio stories.

This zine is a selection of 15 portraits and stories of people living and visiting Savannah in the spring of 2022. The quotes are pulled from larger transcripts.
